C3 SystemS organizes training sessions of PREMIUM CUSTOMER CARE for its employees
C3 SystemS has attended a new training course of "PREMIUM CUSTOMER CARE" by the company Alicoach. The course was held on 28th November in the new showroom of C3 SystemS.
The head of the company Alicoach, Mr. Nacho Plans, has been responsible of delivering the training course to primary responsible for Administration, Production and Sales Department of C3 SystemS, framed in line with the continuous improvement in dealing with clients, so that they receive a premium experience when treated by the staff of C3 SystemS.
During this course, practical exercises and case studies were made as well as performances of different situations of how to act and how not to act with customers were represented, so that they will receive a premium experience.
