3. Legitimacy

Legal basis for your data procedure is based on legitimate interest or consents we have requested you for this purpose.

All data requested in the form is mandatory. If it is not indicated, C3 SYSTEMS will not be able to meet your request.

The refusal and/or revocation of consent for advertising sending and decisions based on the automated procedure of your data, including the creation of profiles, will in no case alter the management of your request, provided you have given your consent for the procedure of that request.

4. Deadlines/criteria for data preservation

Your personal data will be kept while your inquiry/request is being processed, and for the purpose of advertising sending and decisions based on the automated procedure of your data, including the creation of profiles, as long as its consent is not revoked, in which case, the data will be suppressed, understanding suppression as blocking of data, in this sense, blocked data will be exclusively available to the court, the Prosecutor Service or other competent Public Administrations, in particular to the data protection authorities, for the requirement of possible responsibilities derived from the procedure and by the prescription time of the same.

5. Recipients

It is not expected to carry out data communications to third parties, except legal obligation.

Data transfers will not be carried out to third countries located outside the European Union.

6. Rights

• Exercise of rights: if you wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, as well as the limitation or opposition to their procedure, please send a letter addressed to C3 SYSTEMS, to the address indicated above, or to the email c3systems@c3systems.es, with the reference Web Users Data Protection, attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent identification document.
• Right of withdrawal consent: you can revoke at any time the consent given for your data procedure by writing to C3 SYSTEMS at the address indicated above, or to the e-mail address c3systems@c3systems.es, with the reference Web Users Data Protection, attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent identification document, without this consent revocation affecting the procedure based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
